Who we are...
We are the Roberts family and we have enjoyed many watersports-based, relaxing holidays in Barbados over the years. Our extended family have been lucky enough to holiday on the island and own a home in Barbados for over 40 years, many holidays have been spent playing in and around the warm caribbean sea.
Both of us particularly enjoyed the island's party vibe and in fact met at local party spot The Boatyard! We married some years after and through our love of the island, honeymooned and would visit regularly throughout the year, more recently with our two young sons who love the motorised watersports.
The idea of SUBLiME was first born in Barbados 2019 whilst on holiday. We spent the subsequent year buying and organising the boat and all the equipment needed to cover every eventuality from our Surrey home in the UK!
When setting up SUBLiME we were investing in our future holidays on the island, but we also saw a unique opportunity to offer a super luxurious boat which is perfect for watersports, cruising and parties! Equipment and craft are often very tired and in need of repair and we wanted to offer the best in both equipment and service. An independent, versatile, one stop shop for any water-based activity, which is currently pretty hard to come by on the island.
